Since its founding in 1984, the Memorial and Museum has hosted events that honor fallen officers and their surviving families. Every May 13, the names of officers who made the ultimate sacrifice during the previous calendar year, as well as the names of the newly discovered historical line-of-duty deaths, are dedicated and read aloud during our annual Candlelight Vigil.

The Safe Surfin’ Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit Cyber Safety and Responsibility educational initiative, created by law enforcement professionals in 1998, and dedicated not only to protecting youth from those who would do them harm, but pro-actively educating them in the safe and responsible use of today’s ever-changing technology. Together, we’re improving and saving lives. Please join us in our quest.

Veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound while serving in the military on or after September 11, 2001. You are our focus. You are our mission. Here, you’re not a member – you’re an alumnus, a valued part of a community that’s been where you’ve been, and understands what you need. Everything we offer is free because there’s no dollar value to finding recovery and no limit to what you can achieve.

For over 100 years, the San Diego Fire Relief Association has been providing for the protection, care, and relief of the members of the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. We offer active duty Special Operations Forces (SOF) service members a chance to partner with professional guides & volunteers in the general public for endless opportunities in the outdoors. Through small group excursions, friendships are established that will last for years to come. A daily limit or full tag are just a bonus to the experience.  A weekend away pre or post deployment is crucial to team and family well being. The outdoors can be a powerful healer.

Our mission is to unite and empower remarkable military service members, veterans and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders committed to service beyond self. We’re able to identify and empower the next generation of leaders who are dedicated to service beyond self.

Congress created the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to lead a nationwide effort to honor America’s fallen firefighters. Since 1992, the non-profit Foundation has developed and expanded programs that fulfill that mandate. Our mission is to honor and remember America’s fallen fire heroes and to provide resources to assist their families in rebuilding their lives and work within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.

While widely recognized today as a major political force and as America’s foremost defender of Second Amendment rights, the NRA has, since its inception, been the premier firearms education organization in the world. But our successes would not be possible without the tireless efforts and countless hours of service our nearly five million members have given to champion Second Amendment rights and support NRA programs.

We are a small group of cops, who have a nationwide army of brothers and sisters, wanting honor the children of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. We do this through our mutual love for the outdoors.
